It’s been a while since we got an update on your Camaro project. It’s my dream car to do an early 2nd gen ‘Maro too so I’m interested in following.

It’s (mostly) together and has even moved under its own power but the lack of a heated work space has it on hold until spring. Mechanically most things are sound so now it’s on to body work. That should be interesting .

It’s actually a bumper setup from a ‘73. A previous owner must have grabbed it at some point. It has additional bracing plus those big bumperettes. Right now it’s back to the bracing correct for a ‘71 since I had a complete set of those. I was going to take the bumperettes off but that would have left holes.

IIRC original VF3 stuff (especially good quality rubber bumpers) is worth a few bucks to the right people. I don’t know if it is repro’d, or if it is if the repros are any good.
